Join Our Team at Thrive Therapy of Kansas

At Thrive Therapy of Kansas, we believe that therapy is more than a service — it’s a chance to change lives. That belief drives everything we do. We work with individuals impacted by brain injuries across Kansas, helping them reclaim independence, purpose, and connection.

We do this by delivering flexible, creative, and community-based care that meets people where they are — whether at home, in the park, or on the path back to daily life. Through the Kansas Medicaid Brain Injury Waiver, our team of therapists, assistants, and support staff provides Cognitive, Behavioral, Life Skill, Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies that empower real progress.

If you believe in purpose-driven work, value innovation, and want to make a lasting impact, we invite you to explore a career with us. Every goal reached, every life touched — it starts with you.
